  • Wrong/failed transaction where the amount is debited but services are not activated.
• No refunds will be given if a member decides to discontinue the service before the plan expiry.
• Refund requests must be raised within 7 working days of the transaction by contacting us

4. Processing of Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to the same payment method within 7–10 working days.
